Senior Staff Engineer with 20+ years of experience in software engineering and 15+ years focused on delivering mobile applications. I operate at the intersection of technology, architecture, product, and people, helping organizations navigate complex technical challenges while enabling engineering teams to do their best work.

My leadership style focuses on creating the conditions for teams to find the right answers. I help teams establish technical direction, make better architectural decisions, simplify complexity, and build systems that can evolve with the product and the organization. I enjoy bringing clarity to ambiguous problems, connecting perspectives across disciplines, and turning broad technical challenges into an actionable path forward.

Over the years, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of software, from mobile platforms and applications to architecting backend services, APIs and distributed systems. That breadth allows me to connect the dots across an entire system and, more importantly, help teams understand the trade-offs that shape it.

A significant part of my role is working across organizational boundaries. I partner closely with engineering, product, design, and business leaders to build alignment around strategy and execution. I mentor engineers and technical leaders, foster strong engineering cultures, and help teams grow their autonomy and ownership.

I’m at my best when working on problems where the solution isn’t obvious: helping teams find clarity, challenging assumptions, creating alignment, and enabling people to build great products and systems together.
